Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies investigating shots fired on Atlanta Highway

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating shots fired on Atlanta Highway.

Capt. Randy Pollard told Action 8 News that the shots were fired at the Chevron gas station on Atlanta Hwy at McLemore Drive.

Details are still coming in, but Pollard says a car was shot into. No one appears to be hurt.

Investigators are still on the scene.
