Two juvenile males arrested in Montgomery murder

23arrestsnocrimesceneMontgomery police say two juvenile males are now in custody for the murder of a man earlier this week.

Sgt. Ernestina McGriff tells Action 8 News that the 16-year-old suspects, of Lowndes County, are charged with Capital Murder in the July 18th shooting death of 21-year-old Hector Bamaca Yoc, of Montgomery.

Police say at about 12:45AM, they were called to the 1000 block of West South Boulevard. That is near the Interstate 65 interchange.

That’s where they found the body of Yoc. Yoc was pronounced dead on the scene.

Sgt. McGriff said the suspects were taken into custody by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office.

Both are in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on no bond.
