Montgomery woman dies after being shot on Eastdale Road South

Montgomery police have launched a death investigation after a woman died from a gunshot wound.

Police have launched the investigation following the death of 28-year-old Kinah Stokes of Montgomery. 

Last night at about 8:35PM, police were called to the 200 block of Eastdale Road South, which is off Atlanta Highway not far from Eastern Boulevard.

That’s where they found Stokes, who was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
