Montgomery police launch homicide investigation after shooting victim dies

Montgomery police have launched a homicide investigation following a man’s shooting death.

Police say 46-year-old Karimi Seabrooks of Montgomery was shot at about 11:30PM on July 1 in the 1200 block of Townplace Drive.  Seabrooks was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead yesterday.

Police have released no other information about the fatal shooting.
