Prattville Baptist Hospital earns prestigious award
A hospital in Autauga County has been recognized for patient safety.
Prattville Baptist Hospital is one of two hospitals in the state to be recognized by HealthGrades as a Patient Safety Excellence Award Winner.
HealthGrades said it evaluated things like risk-adjust complication and mortality rates for 4,500 hospitals nationwide to determine this year’s top performing hospitals for patient safety.
Baptist Hospital and city officials came together Tuesday morning at the hospital for the ceremony and celebration.
The hospitals were evaluated from 2020 to 2022.
