Dry And A Bit Milder For A Few Days

We’re on the backside of a frontal boundary and our weather will be trending a bit milder over the next couple of days.  You will notice it most as you head out the door in the morning hours. Northerly winds are ushering in drier air and you will feel the difference.  Temps will fall into the mid to upper 60s for morning lows. Afternoon temps will warm into the upper 80s to lower 90s for highs.  Those 90s won’t feel quite so bad with the less humid air in place.  As you know it’s August and any break in the high humidity can be a big win for us.  You should definitely enjoy it while it last.

Since the dry air will be in place most of the week, rain chances will remain rather low.  We don’t see much if anything through Wednesday.  The rest of the week may reveal an isolated shower or t-storm but most spots continue rainfree.  Temps will manage the lower 90s for highs and overnight lows will gradually increase to the lower 70s.

The upcoming weekend is looking typical for August.  We expect a mostly sunny sky along with a slight chance for those isolated showers or t-storms.  Temps will continue to reach the lower 90s for highs and overnight lows in the lower 70s.
