11-year-old Prattville student charged for making terrorist threats online

Another Prattville student has been arrested for making threats on social media.

Prattville Police Chief Mark Thompson said the 11-year-old female is a student at Prattville Christian Academy.

Chief Thompson said the juvenile is charged with Making a Terrorist Threat.

Due to the age of the child, the identity was not made available and prosecution has been referred to the Autauga County Juvenile Court.

This is the second juvenile arrested in Prattville related to social media posts..

Last week, Prattville police arrested a 15-year-old at Prattville High School and charged them with Inciting a Riot.

That case was also turned over to the Autauga County Juvenile Court.
