Selma capital murder suspect captured in Montgomery

U.S. Marshals capture a wanted Selma capital murder suspect in Montgomery.

Kristopher Deon Stubbs made an initial appearance yesterday in a Dallas County court.

Stubbs is charged with the capital murder of Keterione Goldsby.

Goldsby was killed at the intersection of LL Anderson Avenue and Lauderdale Street — back in July of 2021.

Stubbs is being held without bond.
