What’s Happening: October 4-6
You can tell fall has arrived because it’s opening weekend for the Alabama National Fair. But that’s not the only event happening in our area this weekend.
The fair starts Friday, October 4, and runs through Monday, October 14, at Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery. CLICK HERE for more information.
Elsewhere, you may want to take in a big event that celebrates macaroni and cheese in Wetumpka. There’s a literary festival in Montgomery that also features art and baking.
There are also fall festivals in Montgomery and Prattville.
And it’s homecoming at Alabama State University.
