It’s about to get chilly
Northerly winds will increase Tuesday night and Wednesday, bringing the coolest air we’ve seen so far this Fall in Central and South Alabama. Most areas will reach the upper 70’s today, but we don’t expect to climb out of the 60’s tomorrow even with maximum sunshine. Temperatures are likely to drop into the upper 30’s around sunrise Thursday before a slow warmup begins.
With some clouds overhead, a few sprinkles can’t be ruled out for today; otherwise, rain chances appear to be near zero for the next week or longer.
