Cool nights, seasonably warm afternoons, no rain this weekend

Friday morning was cold again, with low temperatures in the mid and upper 30s in most locations. Montgomery’s low temperature was 39°, 15° below the average low of 54° for October 18th. However, temperatures trend warmer Friday afternoon, with highs in the low to mid 70s. Sunshine remains abundant, with a near-cloudless sky. Temperatures fall into the 50s Friday evening during high school football games, and into the mid 40s overnight with a clear sky.

Our weekend weather looks pleasant, with seasonably warm afternoon temperatures. Sunshine remains abundant Saturday and Sunday, though there may be some fair weather clouds in the mix, especially Saturday. High temperatures range from the upper 70s to low 80s Saturday, and should be near 80° Sunday. Temperatures gradually warm further next week. We may feel mid-80° warmth again on Thursday. Overnight lows trend milder too.
