Some Could See A Shower Over The Weekend
Our summer-like warmth is leading to record high temps! We broke the record high of 88 with 90 Friday afternoon. Saturday’s record high is 90 degrees and all indications are we see temps reach the upper 80s to possibly 90 Saturday afternoon. High pressure continues to be the dominate weather feature over us and will remain in place through at least Saturday afternoon. A frontal boundary approaches the area and stalls over us Saturday night into Sunday. At this point, it looks like this front lacks any decent chance for bringing us rainfall. If any rain does occur, it would mostly likely be Sunday afternoon. The front pushes through and then high pressure builds right back in behind the frontal passage. We’re expecting mostly sunny skies with highs still in the 80s most of the work week. That means Halloween will be warm this year. We’re thinking a mostly clear sky with temps in the 70s early and then dropping into the 60s during the evening hours.
