Dry and warm with sunshine Monday, soaking rain returns Tuesday
The weekend weather was pleasant for mid-November. Saturday and Sunday morning were seasonably cool. Each afternoon was pleasantly warm. Sunshine was abundant both days. The sky remains mostly clear Sunday night, with lows near 50°. Monday looks dry and warm with sunshine. High temperatures range from the upper 70s to around 80°.
Soaking rain returns Tuesday ahead of a cold front. Some storms appear possible, but severe weather looks unlikely. Rain amounts of 1-2″ across much of our area may help alleviate the ongoing drought. Rain mostly departs, but some clouds linger Tuesday night. Sunshine returns Wednesday, and temperatures may reach the low 70s during the afternoon.
However, colder air arrives Wednesday night. Low temperatures fall to around 40° early Thursday morning. Despite a mostly sunny sky, afternoon temperatures only rebound into the low 60s Thursday. Thursday night lows fall into the upper 30s. Friday looks mostly sunny and cool with highs in the low 60s and lows near 40°. Next weekend looks dry with sunshine and some clouds, and slightly milder temperatures.
