Baby’s death called a homicide by Montgomery police
The death of a six-month-old baby boy has been ruled a homicide by Montgomery police.
Police say on November 7, they were notified that a baby with life-threatening injuries was taken to a hospital in Birmingham. The baby died November 10.
The baby’s body was taken to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science for an autopsy.
The case was initially called a death investigation, but police say new evidence has made the case a homicide.
Police have released no other information.
