Montgomery man charged in baby’s death
A Montgomery man has been charged with capital murder after the death of a six-month-old boy.
Police say they’ve charged 23-year-old Johnnie Taylor, Sr.
Police say he was identified as the suspect in the November 10 death of the baby, who was also from Montgomery.
As Action 8 News has reported, police say on November 7, they were notified that a baby with life-threatening injuries was taken to a hospital in Birmingham where he died.
Taylor is being held without bond.
Police have released no other information.
