Freezing temperatures expected for the next several nights and mornings
Since the year 2000, the average date of Montgomery’s first Autumn freeze has been November 10th. We’ve managed to avoid freezing temperatures this year until the end of November. Upper 20s are expected near sunrise on Saturday, and again early Sunday morning.
Morning clouds will give way to sunshine on Friday, but we won’t climb out of the 50s with a stiff north-to-northwest breeze. A clear sky and lighter winds are expected this weekend, with afternoon highs in the middle-and-upper 50s.
