New coffee shop coming to Pike Road
A new coffee shop is coming to the Town of Pike Road.
Pike Road Coffee held a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday at its new location on Pike Road.
The coffee shop will be in the same area next to Local & Bloom and Pike Road Graphics.
Several attendees, including Pike Road Mayor Gordon Stone, were on hand for the ceremony.
Owner Karen Lipscomb says the coffee shop will feature fresh coffee and pastries, while offering breakfast and lunch options.
Pike Road Coffee hopes to open by late Spring 2025.
