Montgomery Habitat for Humanity breaks ground on new homes
There will soon be three new homeowners in the City of Montgomery.
Montgomery Habitat for Humanity broke ground on three new homes on Millard Fuller Drive Wednesday morning.
The groundbreaking is part of the Blitz Build Initiative which aims to create new and affordable homeownership opportunities for Montgomery families and address the local affordable housing crisis.
The next phase of the plan is to expand to seven homes with the help of the Montgomery County Commission.
