A warm start to this week, midweek showers, cold end to the week
Sunday was less warm than Saturday, but still fairly mild for mid-December. High temperatures were mainly in the mid 60s. The mostly cloudy sky kept temperatures a bit cooler. Some of those clouds broke apart Sunday evening, but clouds may fill back in late Sunday night. Low temperatures range from the upper 40s to low 50s.
The start of this week looks warm and mainly dry. Monday and Tuesday look partly cloudy. High temperatures approach 70° Monday. High temperatures range from the low to mid 70s Tuesday. Wednesday also looks warm, but that changes when a cold front arrives Wednesday night. Scattered showers appear likely as the front moves through our area, mainly late Wednesday into Wednesday night. Winter cold returns for the rest of the week and next weekend.
