PHOTOS: Storms cause damage in Macon County

Storms that hit in the late night hours into this morning have brought damage to parts of Macon County.

Storms that had prompted tornado warnings in Montgomery County just before 1AM moved east into Macon County, prompting new warnings.

Macon County Emergency Management Agency Director Frank Lee shared video and photos with Action 8 News. A tree could be seen on top of an SUV in one part of the county.

Lee says the American Red Cross has been called in to help families with storm damage.

No injuries have been reported.
