Rain Sunday night into Monday; Drier, but still cold starting Tuesday
Sunday morning was frigid. Low temperatures ranged from the low to mid 20s. Greenville fell to 19°. However, sunshine was fairly abundant throughout the morning, so temperatures rebounded into the upper 40s to low 50s. Some clouds moved into southwest Alabama during the afternoon. Sunday night becomes cloudy with rain returning southwest to northeast. Temperatures only fall into the upper 30s, so nothing frozen this time.
Rain continues into Monday morning. However, Monday afternoon looks drier with a mostly cloudy sky. Temperatures only warm into the upper 40s to low 50s. Clouds clear Monday night, with temperatures falling to around 30°. Tuesday and Wednesday remain cool despite sunshine. Expect high temperatures in the low 50s with lows near 30°. Temperatures may reach 60° Friday, before rain returns Saturday.
