The upcoming weekend: One day wet, one day cold

Montgomery’s temperature fell into the upper 20s again Thursday morning, but we should be able to reach the 60-degree mark this afternoon with a full supply of sunshine.  Dry weather will continue through the day tomorrow, but a few showers could arrive as soon as Friday evening.

Widespread rain is expected after midnight Friday night, continuing through much of the day Saturday.  Scattered thundershowers will also be possible.

An Arctic air mass will start to blow in on Sunday, and temperatures Monday probably won’t climb out of the 30s all day with a stiff wind.
