We’re Slowly Crawling Out Of The Deep Freeze!
The very cold air mass across the deep south is starting to loosen its grip on us. A few more below freezing nights and then we’re out of the deep freeze. Daytime temps will gradually climb and eventually manage to reach the 60s early next week.
We begin the slow warm up this weekend. We expect some sunshine and temps to climb into the 50s for highs. This temperature change will help thaw us out. Overnight temps will still be cold and down in the 30s. There will be a more significant warmup early next week. Rain will be back in the forecast but temps will warm into the mid 60s for highs.
