Warmer weather for the rest of January, rain returns Friday
After rather cold weather for much of January, temperatures finally look warmer for the rest of the week. They trend above average for a change, with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s set to continue into February. Wednesday afternoon looks partly to mostly cloudy and mild, with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Temperatures remain warmer Wednesday night. Lows range from the mid to upper 40s.
Thursday looks even warmer, with highs in the low to mid 70s. While the sky remains partly to mostly cloudy, our area stays rain-free. Thursday night lows only fall into the mid to upper 50s. Rain returns Friday as a cold front heads our way. However, rain amounts may be rather light, and rain coverage may be scattered. Rain departs by Friday night. Otherwise, Friday looks mostly cloudy with high temperatures near 70°.
The weekend marks the start of February, and it looks like warm weather continues. Plenty of sunshine also fills the sky Saturday and Sunday. High temperatures reach the upper 60s Saturday, and low 70s Sunday. High temperatures remain in the low to mid 70s through next Wednesday. Each day looks partly cloudy and mainly dry. We may have a better chance for rain again late next week.
