Cool Saturday night, warm and sunny Sunday, warmer next week
February started on a pleasant note weather-wise across central and south Alabama. It was cool early Saturday morning, but Saturday afternoon was fairly warm with high temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s. Saturday night looks clear and cool, with lows in the upper 30s to low 40s. Sunday looks like another nice day, with a mainly sunny sky and high temperatures in the low 70s.
Next week looks even warmer. High temperatures range from the mid to upper 70s Monday through Thursday. In fact, some locations may hit 80° Wednesday or Thursday. Monday looks sunny, then Tuesday and Wednesday look partly cloudy. Rain may return late next week, Thursday and Friday. However, neither day look like washouts, with mainly scattered showers each day. Some clouds and spotty showers may linger into next weekend.
