Montgomery man killed in head-on crash

A Montgomery man has been killed in a head-on crash just outside of the city limits.

Alabama State Troopers say 28-year-old Joseph Miller was driving a car on Alabama Highway 126. That’s the service road that runs parallel to Interstate 85 from Chantilly Parkway out of town.

Investigators say he hit a small SUV head-on. That vehicle was being driven by 20-year-old Matthew Neely of Todd, North Carolina.

State troopers say Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.

The wreck happened at about 6:50PM last night, about two miles outside city limits.
