Butler County Schools Showcase CTE Programs of Study
The Butler County Schools System gave parents and the community the chance to ‘Saddle Up for Success’ and see their children’s hands-on learning skills in action.
Career and Technical Education gives students the option to test career paths while in high school. Allowing them to learn hands-on real world skills all while earning their high school diploma and in some cases earning continued education certifications as well.
Saddle up for success combines what children have learned with good food, fun, music and games to help engage and connect parents. All while showing parents that the program encourages each child’s career choice and motivates them to be confident.
The CTE roundup combined student efforts from McKenzie, Georgiana and Greenville High Schools in the Butler County Schools System.
