Montgomery police launch homicide investigation after fatal shooting

Montgomery police want to find the person responsible for a fatal shooting.

Police say at about 6:36PM yesterday, they were called to a hospital where a shooting victim was being treated. They say the victim, 24-year-old Caron Giles of Montgomery, later died.

An investigation revealed the shooting happened in the 500 block of Eastdale Road.  

Police are conducting a homicide investigation.
