Millbrook woman charged with stabbing Montgomery woman, leaving her with life-threatening injuries
A Millbrook woman is facing charges after police say she stabbed a Montgomery woman, leaving her with life-threatening injuries.
Millbrook Police Chief P.K. Johnson said officers were called to a civil disturbance in the 800 block of Sweetwater Drive at about 2:10 this morning.
Johnson said they found 24-year-old Beyonce Scott with stab wounds to her legs. Officers applied tourniquets to both of her legs. Paramedics from the Millbrook Fire Department responded and took her to a hospital.
Johnson said witnesses told officers who stabbed Scott. He said they arrested 20-year-old Madyson Eutsey. She is charged with assault in the first degree.
“Apparently, this incident began as a domestic altercation between two roommates, which resulted in one of the parties calling a former girlfriend to come pick her up. According to witnesses, when the former girlfriend arrived on the scene, she and the alleged offender got into an argument, during which the victim was stabbed in both of her lower extremities,” Johnson said.
