Warm afternoons with dry weather through Friday
Clouds will move over portions of Central and South Alabama today, but we expect enough sunshine to climb to near 80 degrees this afternoon. High temperatures should reach the lower 80s tomorrow and Friday as rain chances remain very low.
It’s looking more likely now for rain and lightning on Saturday, and a threat for severe thunderstorms could develop by late Sunday into next Monday.
