Eugene’s Hot Chicken coming to downtown Montgomery

A Birmingham-based hot chicken restaurant is coming to downtown Montgomery.

A spokesperson for Eugene’s Hot Chicken tells Action 8 News that they will soon be opening a new restaurant in the 79 Commerce building in the old Krab Kingz Seafood location.

Eugene’s has a wide variety of menu items, including hot chicken, sandwiches, salads, sides and much more.

Officials say the goal is to open the restaurant by the end of 2025.

This will be Eugene’s third location, with the other two in Hoover and downtown Birmingham.
