Two people killed in Autauga County crash
A two-vehicle crash in Autauga County has left two women dead.
Alabama State Troopers say the wreck happened at about 7:41PM last night. Investigators say 78-year-old Carolyn Cason of Prattville was killed when the SUV she was driving collided head-on with a car driven by 30-year-old Alyssa Taylor of Selma, who was also killed.
State troopers say after the wreck, both vehicles left the road and caught fire.
The crash happened on Alabama Highway 14, about nine miles west of Prattville.
