A Warming Trend Begins Thursday
We’re sitting underneath high pressure and it’s going to continue providing us some very nice weather conditions. The high pressure system will slide a little to our east going into the latter half of the week. The winds around it will become southerly and we’re going to feel a summer-like warm up over the weekend.
In the meantime, we’re expecting a clear sky with temps falling into the mid to upper 40s overnight. Abundant sunshine is on tap for Thursday and we’re warming nicely into the lower to 80s. The rest of the work week is looking mainly sunny and dry. Temps will be rising and we’re expecting mid 80s by Friday afternoon. Overnight temps will coming up as well and 50s are more likely late week.
Our Easter weekend is going to be a warm one. A southwesterly wind flow will help drive temps into the mid to upper 80s for highs both Saturday and Sunday. Another frontal system will be advancing eastward and eventually arriving here Monday. This frontal system will be responsible for our next round of rain and storms. It could be a few days of it early next week.
