Mobile food pantry event held in Montgomery
The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is partnering with the Heart of Alabama Food Bank to bring hungry people some healthy food on wheels.
A mobile food pantry plans to travel around the Montgomery area and provide people with healthy food options, like vegetables and fruits.
It provides citizens with more nutricious options that may be too expensive to buy in grocery stores, and it also promotes healthy eating habits among children.
