Typical Spring-Time Weather Conditions

Typical spring time conditions with 80+ degree warmth and those afternoon showers and t-storms.  We don’t expect anything too strong or severe but there will be occasional t-storms capable of heavy rain, gusty winds, and frequent lightning strikes.

There will be a few showers or t-storms through the evening hours but most of the rain activity will taper off and end before midnight.  Temps will drop into the mid 60s for lows.  The air mass will remain moist and new showers/t-storms develop Thursday.

Rain chances decrease but temps increase and could be in the upper 80s for highs Friday into the weekend.  It will look and feel more like summer with the heat and humidity being more noticeable.   It looks like this rather warm weather pattern will continue through the weekend.  There will be another frontal system moving into the area late Sunday.  It looks like a dry front and may just move through unnoticeable for most.  High pressure will slide in behind the frontal system and the heat and humidity back down just a bit early next week.
