Feeling A Bit Like Summer This Weekend
We expect little change in our weather over the weekend. There’s almost a summer-like look and feel to it. We’re expecting 80+ degree warmth and occasionally those afternoon showers and t-storms. We don’t expect anything too strong or severe but there could be one or two t-storms capable of heavy rain, gusty winds, and frequent lightning strikes.
Rain chances decrease but temps increase and could be in the upper 80s for highs early next week. A frontal boundary moves through over the weekend. Drier air moves in behind the boundary. The drier air will heat up and we could be flirting with the 90 degree mark in spots. High pressure will slide in behind the frontal system and we’re mainly sunny through midweek. Our next rain maker will arrive on the scene around Thursday.
