Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and storms Sunday

Saturday’s weather was relatively unchanged from this past week. Isolated showers and storms dotted our area during the afternoon. When and where it was dry, the sky was partly cloudy. High temperatures were in the mid 80s. A few showers or storms may linger early Saturday evening, but they fade away after sunset. Saturday night looks partly cloudy and dry with lows in the low to mid 60s.

Sunday’s weather looks similar to Saturday’s. Isolated showers and storms form during the afternoon. However, many locations remain rain-free. Where and when it is dry, the sky remains partly cloudy. High temperatures range from the mid to upper 80s. Rain gradually fades away Sunday evening. Sunday night looks party cloudy and dry with lows in the low to mid 60s.

Rain chances remain low through Wednesday next week. Otherwise, expect a partly cloudy sky with highs in the mid to upper 80s Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. A storm system arrives late next week. That increases our chance for rain Thursday and Friday. Severe weather looks unlikely at this time. A cold front pushes through Alabama Friday. That may result in dry weather with sunshine next weekend.
