Father, son charged with capital murder in Montgomery

A man and his son have been charged with capital murder in a fatal shooting in Montgomery.

Police say the two are charged with killing 36-year-old Jamahl Jackson of Montgomery. At about 4AM today, police were called to Highland Avenue at Hall Street, where they found Jackson. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have charged 37-year-old Curtis London, Sr., and 19-year-old Curtis London, Jr., both of Montgomery. They are both being held in the Montgomery County  Detention Facility.  

Police have released no other information.
