Death investigation launched in Selma after body found in CVS parking lot
A death investigation is underway in Selma after a body was found in the parking lot of the CVS Pharmacy.
Selma Police Chief Kenta Fulford says 43-year-old Caleb Heard was found unresponsive around 7PM Sunday evening in the parking lot of the pharmacy, located at 520 Highland Avenue.
Heard was pronounced dead by Dallas County Coroner Alan Dailey. Dailey said there were no obvious signs of foul play.
The body will be sent to forensics to determine the cause of death.
