Montgomery police seek suspect in murder investigation; victim’s name released
Montgomery Police are searching for a person wanted for questioning in a murder that happened on Atlanta Highway.
As Action 8 News has reported, a male was shot to death in the 5700 block of Atlanta Highway at around 5AM Thursday. That location is near Eastdale Mall and Burbank Drive.
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Da’Quan Blakely of Montgomery.
Video has been collected at the scene and an unknown male wearing black pants with white graphics designs, black button-down shirt, light blue shirt with graphics, blue gloves and Nike ski masks is seen on video before the murder. Police want to find this person.
