First farmers market of the year held at the Shoppes at EastChase
This time of year, shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables is a tradition at The Shoppes at EastChase in Montgomery.
For 21 years, it has hosted a farmers market on Saturday mornings through the growing season.
The first farmers market was held yesterday. Despite rain, people still flocked to EastChase to pick out fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs and plants.
The farmers market will be held each Saturday from 7AM until noon through Saturday, September 15.
