Montgomery woman killed in Pike County crash

A Montgomery woman has been killed in a wreck in Pike County.

State troopers say 53-year-old Michelle Johnson of Montgomery was killed when the car she was driving hit the trailer of an 18-wheeler. After that impact, her car was hit by a pickup truck.

Investigators say Johnson died at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck was taken to a hospital for treatment.

The wreck happened at around 11:30AM Saturday, May 10, on U.S. Highway 231, about two miles south of Brundidge.
