ACTION 8 UPDATE: Juvenile charged with capital murder in Montgomery fatal shooting
ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have charged a juvenile with capital murder in a fatal shooting.
Police say the juvenile male is charged with killing 27-year-old Da’Quan Blakely of Montgomery.
As Action 8 News has reported, on Thursday, May 8, at about 5AM, police and fire medics were called to the 5700 block of Atlanta Highway, which is an area between Eastdale Mall and Burbank Drive.
That’s where they found Blakely’s body.
The juvenile is now in the Montgomery County Youth Detention Facility.
