Two people killed in Prattville shooting

Prattville police say two people have been killed in a domestic violence-related shooting.

Police Chief Mark Thompson has confirmed to Action 8 News that the shooting happened yesterday on Festival Drive, which is near Doster Road.

Thompson said the public was never in any danger. He said the shooting happened indoors.

Thompson said the names of the deceased will not be released out of respect for the family.
