Montgomery Public Schools offers parent survey to get feedback
Montgomery Public Schools has launched a parent survey as part of the 100-day plan from new Superintendent Dr. Zickeyous Byrd.
Byrd has what he calls a “Vision, Viability and Voice 100-Day Plan” — an initiative focused on listening, learning and leading the school system with transparency and trust.
Byrd started as superintendent on May 1 and is preparing for his first full school year.
The survey is designed to collect feedback to help shape priorities and improve the educational experience for all students, the school system said.
“We want our families to know we’re working hard to ensure their voices are heard and we implement strategies that will support our scholars,” Dr. Byrd said. “This survey is just a start to an ongoing conversation we will actively have with our families.”
All survey responses are confidential. Parents can take the survey between now and July 31.
