ACTION 8 UPDATE: Man faces capital murder charges following victim’s death in Montgomery
ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have increased the charges against a shooting suspect after the victim died.
As Action 8 News has reported, 37-year-old Jessica Money of Montgomery was shot on Sunday, May 18.
Police and fire medics were called to the 6300 block of Xenia Street where they found Money. She was taken to a hospital where she died on May 23.
The suspected shooter, 31-year-old Daniel Vincent, had been charged with attempted murder. With Money’s death, he is now facing two capital murder charges, according to Montgomery police.
No other information has been released.
