Temperatures fall into the low 70s.

While Saturday morning remains mainly dry, showers and storms become scattered to numerous again during the afternoon. Before cooling rain arrives, temperatures likely warm into the upper 80s to low 90s… with higher heat indices. Some showers or storms linger into the evening. Father’s day also features scattered to numerous afternoon showers and storms. Be prepared to heat indoors when thunder roars- lightning can be deadly. Otherwise, expect a partly to mostly cloudy sky, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Rain fades away Sunday night, and our area likely remains dry through Monday morning.
