Temps About Average For This Of The Year
The summer heat will be about average over the next several days. Temps will return to the upper 80s to lower 90s highs and the feels like temps will range between 95 to 100. It’s basically typical summer-time conditions for now.
Our weekend is looking mostly sunny with scattered afternoon showers and t-storms. Any storms that do develop will be capable of damaging wind gust up to 60mph.Temps will climb into the upper 80s to lower to 90s by late afternoon. You factor in the humidity and it will feel more like 95 to 100.
We expect scattered showers and t-storms to develop in the afternoon heating most of next week. Storms that do occur will be capable of heavy downpours, frequent lightning strikes and gusty winds. Temps will come down and top out in the upper 80s with some spots still reaching the lower 90s for highs. Heat index values will continue to range between 95 to 100.
