There are plenty of local places and a lot of ways to celebrate the 4th of July in our area.

MONTGOMERY
Thursday, July 3 at Riverwalk Stadium
Montgomery Biscuits vs. Columbus Clingstones
Game time: 6:35PM with fireworks after the game
First 1,000 fans 15 and older can get free Independence Day Biscuits T-shirt

49th Cloverdale-Idlewild 4th of July Parade
Friday, July 4 at 2PM at Lexington Road and Plymouth Street – FREE
Cars, bikes and pets will be dressed in patriotic colors, celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army

City of Montgomery Independence Day Celebration
Friday, July 4 from 8PM to 9:30PM at Riverfront Park – FREE
Live music from the 151st Alabama Army National Guard Band, followed by fireworks over the Alabama River
Gates will open at 7:00PM. Arrive early for security screening. Clear bags mandatory.
One adult is required per four minor children (ages 17 and under).

PRATTVILLE
Friday, July 4
9AM – Downtown parade – FREE
9AM-2PM – Lions Club BBQ with arts & crafts and music – Pratt Park
10:30AM – Cardboard boat races – Pratt Pool
Dark – Fireworks from the Clock Tower
