Reward offered in Montgomery homicide

Central Alabama CrimeStoppers is offering a reward in the shooting death of a Montgomery woman.

The incident happened around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 15 in the 2800 block of East South Boulevard.

Once officers arrived, they found two women with gunshot wounds.

Both victims were taken to a local hospital, where one of the victims, identified of 28-year-old Carmilla Taylor, of Montgomery, was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made at this time.

CrimeStoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
